Join us on the water for some fun and to connect with other paddleboarders. In an informal workshop-style class, you’ll explore how to make your favorite yoga shapes on your board!
Enjoy about 30 minutes of community paddling before securing your board to a line for a gentle yoga warm-up. We’ll then spend the next half an hour testing out different poses on the board (so bring your questions and playful spirit!) Finally, we’ll conclude with a short cool-down and a long savasana.
